Ken Cawkell BA LLB is a member of the Alberta and British Columbia Bar Associations and has over 25 years experience in both public and private venture capital markets. He co-founded Cawkell Brodie Glaister LLP Business Lawyers in 1987, where he acts as managing partner.

Throughout his career, he has been extensively involved in all aspects of corporate structuring and finance, his current practice focuses on intellectual property, technology transfer agreements, transaction structuring and securities law.
